Colón House (Vegueta, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria)

A cluster of historic mansions with Canarian courtyards recounts Columbus’ stopovers and Canary‑America ties. Thirteen galleries cover cartography, art and navigation. The Renaissance façade and carved wooden ceilings are highlights. Most of the route is accessible and multilingual. Cafés, shops and other museums lie nearby. Public car parks serve Vegueta/Triana (See Transport section); much of the area is pedestrian. Mon–Sat 10:00–18:00; Sun & holidays 10:00–15:00. Last entry 30 min before. Closed Jan 1 & 6, May 1, Dec 24–25 & 31.
